CJC-1295 with DAC

Original price was: $49.99.Current price is: $44.99.

CJC-1295 with DAC (Drug Affinity Complex) is a synthetic analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). It is engineered to stimulate the natural release of growth hormone (GH) and insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) by acting on the pituitary gland. The DAC modification extends the peptide’s half-life significantly—up to 6 to 8 days—allowing for weekly or biweekly dosing while maintaining stable GH levels.
CJC-1295 with DAC is often used in research examining anti-aging, muscle growth, fat metabolism, and recovery processes through endogenous GH stimulation.

Benefits:

• Increased GH and IGF-1 Levels: Promotes sustained elevation of natural growth hormone and downstream IGF-1 without supraphysiological spikes.
• Enhanced Muscle Growth: Encourages lean muscle development by boosting protein synthesis and recovery pathways.
• Improved Fat Metabolism: Stimulates lipolysis and reduces adipose tissue over time in research models.
• Tissue Repair and Recovery: Supports joint, tendon, and soft tissue regeneration by increasing cellular repair activity.
• Anti-Aging Potential: May improve skin elasticity, energy levels, and sleep quality by optimizing hormone balance.
• Convenient Dosing: DAC modification allows for less frequent administration with long-acting effects.

Description

Clinical Evidence

• Clinical studies on analogs of GHRH with extended half-lives (like CJC-1295) show increased GH and IGF-1 concentrations for up to 6 days post-injection.
• A human study published in The Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism (Teichman et al., 2006) reported dose-dependent increases in GH and IGF-1, with minimal desensitization over repeated dosing.
• CJC-1295 DAC has been investigated for its potential in age-related hormone decline, metabolic syndromes, and muscle wasting conditions.
Note: CJC-1295 without DAC (also called Mod GRF 1-29) has a much shorter half-life (30 minutes), making CJC-1295 with DAC more suitable for long-term studies.

Potential Side Effects

Most observed effects are mild and based on anecdotal and early clinical findings. These may include:
• Flushing or tingling shortly after injection
• Temporary water retention or mild swelling
• Joint stiffness (linked to GH elevation)
• Increased appetite
• Injection site irritation
• Rare: fatigue or light-headedness
As with all GH-related compounds, prolonged elevation of IGF-1 levels may carry theoretical long-term risks if not appropriately controlled.
